The weather forecast for Sunday, January 5th, into Monday, January 6th, is predicting the possibility of heavy snowfall. While we recognize that the forecast may change before then, we also understand that some students may have left their Chromebooks or other essential class supplies in their locker over the holiday break.
To ensure students are prepared for any potential disruptions, Milan schools will have open hours on Friday, January 3rd, to allow students to access their lockers and retrieve necessary items. Please note the following details:
Open Hours for Locker Access: 8:00-11:00 and 1:00-5:00
No decision has been made regarding school closures at this time. This measure is simply proactive, ensuring students are equipped with the materials they need for their classes should the weather forecast prove accurate.

There was a packed house tonight watching an extraordinary performance by our Milan band students. Students from Beginning Band, Advanced Band, MHS Jazz Band, and MHS Concert Band performed various Christmas music. Thank you to everyone who came to support our band students.
Save the Date for Milan Community School Corporation's Veteran's Day Program on Monday, November 11th at 9:00. Breakfast buffet for Veterans will start at 7:30 in the MHS Cafeteria.
The MES 4th grade , MHS Band, and MHS Choir will be performing that day. Parents are welcome to attend.
Great day for the Milan CC teams at the sectional yesterday. Our boys team placed fifth and will move on to the regional. Hannah Cooney also moves on to the regional and Gabe Riehle was the boys individual Sectional champion this year. Great job everyone!! #weRmilan

Milan High School sophomores split up today to participate in the Honda Manufacturing Day and visit Miami University in Oxford, OH. Both groups had an amazing day. We are thankful for both organizations for providing hands-on learning experiences and future career insights!
The 6th, 7th, and 8th grade bands performed at the fall concert tonight and they sounded amazing. Great job Mrs. Bedel and students. Proud to be an Indian!!
Bus 10 students may be a few minutes late due to a downed electric pole. We will re-route the students to make sure all get home safely.
