📣 8th Grade Scheduling Night Reminder
Milan High School will host Class of 2030 Scheduling Night on Wednesday, February 18th at 6:00 PM in the MHS Cafeteria.
All 8th-grade families are strongly encouraged to attend. We will be sharing important information about the NEW Indiana Diploma requirements, graduation pathways, course options, and what students need to know as they enter high school.
This is an important opportunity to ask questions and make sure your student is prepared for a successful transition to MHS.
A Washington, D.C. trip meeting will immediately follow the parent meeting.

It was a great night recognizing Kayla Roell at last week's board meeting for another outstanding wrestling season this year. Congratulations Kayla on a great career at MHS. #weRmilan

Today, we proudly recognize School Resource Officer Day and extend our heartfelt thanks to Paul Newton and Dan Goris for the incredible work they do each day at our school.
They are more than just a law enforcement presence—Dan and Paul are mentors, role models, and trusted friends to our students and staff. Whether they are helping keep our buildings safe, building positive relationships with students, or stepping in with a smile and a helping hand, they make a difference in ways that often go unseen.
We are grateful for their commitment to our school community and for the care and dedication they show every single day. Thank you, Paul and Dan, for all you do to support, protect, and inspire our students!

Milan Middle and Intermediate School would like to say thank you to our counselors. We appreciate you every week at MMS/MIS.

We want to give a huge shoutout to Zarah Hileman for the incredible work she does every day. It’s fitting that School Counselor Week falls during the spring semester—often the busiest time of the year for counselors. No two days are ever the same and Zarah handles it all with professionalism and care. Thank you, Zarah, for everything you do for MHS!
