Mentors for MES:
Are you interested in making a positive impact in our school community? We are looking for mentors who will work regularly with students on a one-on-one basis in Reading or Math. Your time can make a difference in the life of a student!
Please note that all approved volunteers will need to pass a background check before working with students. The background check form will be sent to you after we receive your completed volunteer application.

MES is so thankful that the Milan American Legion sponsors our Students of the Month program. This month these students were trustworthy!
I had two great announcement helpers.l today. Coop even had a birthday yesterday!
We have had a great start to the week! These kiddos were awesome on the announcements this week!
I have had two great days of announcements helpers for Wednesday and Thursday.
MES students are invited to participate in a costume parade on October 31st.
🟠Unity Day - all students in grades K-4 watched a presentation on bullying and Unity Day. Students were then asked to promise to be a buddy and not a bully by signing the board. 🖊️ It was great to see so many shades of orange today in the cafe, classrooms, and halls. Way to go, MES!

Today is Custodian Appreciation Day. These four do a lot for our school!!
We love seeing so many MES students in activities at the Milan Park. Come on out to cheer on some Indians. 🏈 📣 ⚽️ #weRmilan
MES partnered with Stars of Honor and chose these students as great representations of MES students. Each student is eligible to receive 5 free tickets to the IU vs Wisconsin football game on November 4th. We hope each student gets to attend and has a wonderful time. 🏈 #weRmilan
