Weather caused our Winter Choir Concert to be postponed. We hope that you will join us on Sunday, January 11th at 7pm for our choral performance in the Milan HS cafeteria.

📣 Attention Parents of Sophomores (Class of 2028)!

On Wednesday, January 21, we will host a Scheduling Information Meeting for all current sophomore students and their families. This meeting will focus on planning for the final two years of high school and exploring the many opportunities available.

Topics will include:
🎓 Diploma options
📚 Dual credit opportunities
🛠️ Work-based learning pathways

Presentations will be led by our administration team, along with representatives from Ivy Tech and the Southeastern Career Center.

We encourage all families to attend as we help students make informed decisions about their academic and career pathways!

The spirit of giving has been alive and well at MHS this week! On Wednesday, a group of students helped transport food from the local pantry to a nearby church for distribution to families in need. On Thursday, Ms. Bruns’ Work-Based Learning students delivered Bikes for Tykes donations to the Christmas Project, and our football team honored local Veterans by placing wreaths on graves at Craven and St. Charles cemeteries as part of Wreaths Across America. Proud of our students for showing what Milan spirit is all about! 💛🖤🎄🇺🇸

The MHS Jazz Band would like to thank Amack’s Well Coffee Shop in Batesville for inviting us to perform this evening. The Jazz Band had a great time and a wonderful performance.

We’re looking for some adult volunteers to help keep our instruments dry during pre-game. If you’re available, please meet the band in the band hallway (Door O behind the school) at 7:20 PM with a large umbrella to help escort our band students to the field. (You'll be in your seats by kickoff!)
