Mobile Dentist will be coming to Milan Schools on May 17th & May 18th this year. Normally we send home forms each year with the students (the elementary will still do so this year!) but now our families have the opportunity to enroll electronically for the services. Below are links to register online. 

Parents can sign up from their phone or computer by filling out the form and submitting it – the permission form will go directly to the Mobile Dentist.
